Aerospace Safety Risks

If you've ever had a layover at an airport, you've probably watched the flight line personnel moving baggage to and from aircraft or directing aircraft in and out of the terminal gates. Workers in a factory setting are often surrounded by machinery and equipment that is constantly moving, and similarly to aerospace operations, these personnel are at risk of injury simply due to not being seen by equipment operators in close proximity. Hi-Viz clothing is just as important in mitigating the risk of injuries in these industrial settings as it is on an aircraft ramp, and companies should always ensure that workers are adequately equipped with reflective, high-visibility clothing that reduces the risk of injury. This is simple way to avoid an injuries that might have been caused due to simply not being seen.
